This app is great for practicing kegels and can remind you to do it daily. It takes less than 5 minutes a day to do one set. You should do them daily if you want to really improve - I only seem to remember to do them about 4 times weekly for the last several months and still see a difference however. Improvements I would like to see would be ability to set up more than one reminder per day and for it to track when u do complete the set. Right now it tells me I have done it 4 times in the last week but would like to have a graph or something showing when I have done the exercises over the last 30, 90, 365 days etc. Other than that highly recommended.
