Pros and cons of Kegel Camp app for iPhone and iPad

Kegel Camp app good for

This app is great for practicing kegels and can remind you to do it daily. It takes less than 5 minutes a day to do one set. You should do them daily if you want to really improve - I only seem to remember to do them about 4 times weekly for the last several months and still see a difference however. Improvements I would like to see would be ability to set up more than one reminder per day and for it to track when u do complete the set. Right now it tells me I have done it 4 times in the last week but would like to have a graph or something showing when I have done the exercises over the last 30, 90, 365 days etc. Other than that highly recommended.
During pregnancy its extra important to exercise these muscles. this app totally works!!! Since I started using it regularly I no longer fear the combo of baby jumping on my bladder and sneezing!!!! Love the levels, love the reminder. My only suggestion is that there be a better way to keep track of how many times weve done it a week and if we could set more reminders.
Kegel Camp has really helped me step up my Kegel game! Not only is my bladder control better, my orgasms have improved and Im only on level 10! I have been practicing for about 6 weeks once or twice a day and have even skipped a day here and there. I love the Sex With Emily podcast & this app is worth every penny!

Some bad moments

I am using the app in my iPhone 4. Although the workout and reminder function is great the instructions part never appear. I wrote to the developper on their website but never got any reply.
Im giving it 2 stars because it doesnt take advantage of iPhone 5s full screen
I was so excited to try it out because i love emily and she is always advertising it on her podcast I know it was a cheap app but i was still having high expectations for it because of emily Im quite disappointed. The notification alert NEVER works and the whole app is so vague. I wish it was better
Save your money. You do all these moves on a day to day basis. This app is not worth the $ 2 bucks. Im sorry that I bought it and only keep it as a reminder to let me know that I can do the moves on my own. It really does not take a Rocket Scientist to do these moves that you do naturally on a regular basis. Keep your money and just make a mental note to "work out". No gym, no money and no Trainer needed .
Love this app and would be very willing to upgrade if a new app offered up to 3 reminders a day.
This is handy, BUT has become useless to me because the reminder function stopped working after I upgraded my iPod to OS 5.0.1 Have emailed the feedback address as instructed in the app, but NO response whatsoever. Also did it from the website, with the same lack of response.
